I'm in early fifties, a year ago I weighed 79 kgs. My ill health made me realize that losing weight is the only solution. Later I approached Dr Medha Sawant. After meeting her, she made weekly comprehensive diet plans considering my regular diet and eating habits. I firmly believe in being fit and so wanted my husband to be who was overweight by 10kg. Coincidentally we found about Dr Medha on Practo and we are glad we did. In 3 months he has achieved his ideal weight. Dr Medha is truly an expert, an inspiration and her diet plan does not seems a diet plan at all. She is simply fabulous in her work I m really feeling very lucky to have her as my dietitian more than a superb guider.Especially when she shares her method of preparing food it is really helpful e.g.oats uppma previously I use to hate oats bt after knowing the correct method of making it from mam truly speaking nw tht oats uppma is like Amrat for me... Dr. Medha Sawant is very patient and gives us a good hearing. I was concerned about my rising blood pressure and increasing weight. After following her diet, I could bring my blood pressure under control without medication and lost on an average 2 kgs p.m. she modifies the diet to suit our goals as well as our tastes.
